When you register your interest, Subhead stores your email address, the date you signed up, the organisation type you selected, and your consent to be contacted. We also record when your email is verified and when you last sign in.

We use this information to respond to your interest in our advisory services and manage that conversation. Registering does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Access to these records is restricted to the people managing enquiries at Subhead. We retain your information while your enquiry is active, or until you ask us to remove it.

You can withdraw your consent, ask for a copy of your information, or request its correction or deletion using the form below.

When you submit a message, we store your email address, request type, message and submission date so staff can handle your request. Messages are kept separately from registrations and retained while the request is being handled.
